Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital products (PDF e-books) sold by Shift & Grow Consulting LLC under the “Mara Lindberg” brand. Our checkout and delivery are handled by our platform partner Payhip.

Digital products

Our products are digital and delivered immediately as a download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Consumers in the EU and UK

By completing your purchase and starting the download, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a physical medium (in line with EU/UK consumer law).

Technical problems & goodwill

If you cannot download your file, received the wrong file, or the file is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@shiftandgrowconsulting.com. We will gladly resend the product or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Payment disputes

If something went wrong with your order, please contact us first — we usually resolve issues quickly and amicably before any chargeback is needed.
