These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Shift & Grow Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”), publisher of the “Mara Lindberg” books. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell digital e-books in PDF format. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes (such as EU/UK VAT) are added and handled by our platform partner Payhip where required.

License & permitted use

When you buy an e-book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own private use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or publish the file in whole or in part. Files may be individually watermarked with the buyer's details.

Intellectual property

All content, text, cover designs and methods (including the “PAUSE method”) are the intellectual property of Shift & Grow Consulting LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Shift & Grow Consulting LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
